Build and program a computer using Raspberry PI technology, using visual drag and drop programming software. In this class students explore and discover engineering and robotics basics in a hands-on environment. Student learn critical thinking skills and modify their computers based on varying interests and conditions. This course exposes students to more complex robotics and engineering techniques.

Students will take Home:

Each student will take home their Raspberry PI Kit to continue programming their computer or they can sign up for additional courses to continue building and programming additional components to their computer.

Is this Robotics workshop appropriate for my child?

This robotics workshop is ideal for students who like to experiment and work with their hands. Students will collaborate with the instructor and fellow classmates to create their very own computer that can range from the simple to the more complex, discovering valuable robotics and engineering skills along the way. At YASA, we introduce students to STEM principles that open the door to a bright future in engineering, computer programming and math. If you are looking for something different, then this is the class to take.
